Description: Cooking rice is not a difficult process at all, but unfortunately there is a lot of bad information out there. Forget rinsing the rice in a sieve, or "fluffing the grains with a fork", or seasoning it with salt (lol). Asian people don't do any of this when cooking rice. This method works for lots of varieties of rice - Jasmine, Japanese short-grain, etc. - and you don't even need to measure anything.
